Welcome to Nouriva AI, an application developed by Productverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nouriva AI mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Productverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Nouriva AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nouriva AI.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  • Information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Description of Services

Nouriva AI provides AI-powered nutrition and wellness tools, including but not limited to:

  • Food image recognition

  • Meal analysis

  • Calorie estimation

  • Macronutrient estimation

  • Nutrition insights

  • Dietary recommendations

  • Health and wellness tracking

  • AI-generated nutritional guidance

All outputs are generated using artificial intelligence models and may not always be accurate.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Nouriva AI is not a healthcare provider, medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment service.

The information, recommendations, analyses, and insights generated by Nouriva AI are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

You should not:

  • Rely on Nouriva AI for medical diagnosis;

  • Use Nouriva AI as a substitute for professional medical advice;

  • Begin, stop, or modify treatment based solely on Nouriva AI outputs.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, dietary requirements, medications, or treatment decisions.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

•⁠ ⁠Nouriva AI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly / Yearly)

•⁠ ⁠Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial

•⁠ ⁠Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID via the App Store

•⁠ ⁠Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends

•⁠ ⁠Users can manage or cancel anytime in App Store → Settings → Subscriptions

•⁠ ⁠Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policies

6. AI-Generated Content

Nouriva AI uses artificial intelligence technologies, including third-party AI services, to generate responses and nutrition analyses.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated;

  • Nutritional estimates are approximations only;

  • Food recognition may not always correctly identify ingredients;

  • Calorie and nutrient calculations may vary from actual values.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI-generated information.

7. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;

  • All activities occurring under your account;

  • Ensuring information provided remains accurate.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

  • Meal photos

  • Food logs

  • Profile information

  • Health information

  • Comments and feedback

By submitting content, you grant Nouriva AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, analyze, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;

  • Circumvent security measures;

  • Upload malicious software or code;

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;

  • Impersonate another person or entity;

  • Interfere with the operation of the Services;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Nouriva AI, including:

  • Software

  • Source code

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Designs

  • Databases

  • Content

  • Features

are owned by Productverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Copy;

  • Modify;

  • Distribute;

  • Sell;

  • License;

  • Reproduce; or

  • Create derivative works

from any part of the Services.

11. Third-Party Services

Nouriva AI may integrate with third-party services, including AI providers, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, and authentication providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Nouriva AI, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Modify features;

  • Suspend services;

  • Perform maintenance;

  • Update functionality;

  • Discontinue portions of the Services

without prior notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages;

  • Incidental damages;

  • Consequential damages;

  • Special damages;

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of data;

  • Loss of business opportunities;

  • Health-related decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Your use of Nouriva AI is at your own risk.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy;

  • Reliability;

  • Completeness;

  • Availability;

  • Fitness for a particular purpose;

  • Non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will be error-free or suitable for your specific circumstances.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Productverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of applicable laws;

  • Content submitted by you.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Your conduct poses a security risk;

  • Required by law;

  • Necessary to protect our users or business.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
